Science at Blackwell

Inspiring the scientists of the future, science at Blackwell Primary School develops learners who are enthusiastic, investigative, and curious about the world around them. Blackwell Scientists explore and challenge their own ideas through scientific enquiry, using a range of methods. We are continually developing our STEM area so children are inspired, motivated and engaged when working towards and developing a greater understanding of science and its practice. Throughout their learning, the children develop an appreciation of the past and current role of science in the world and the way in which science will affect the future on a personal, national, and global level.
