Vision & Values
At Blackwell we're proud to stand by our vision and aims and every day your child spends with us we strive to live by our school motto.
Our School Motto
Unlocking Potential
Unlocking the potential that people have can open up hundreds of options and possibilities for them. They are more likely to succeed and perform well when their potential is realised and used to the maximum extent. As a school, we strive to provide a curriculum that develops a growth mind set and motivates everyone to be the best that you can be.
Providing Opportunities
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to take part in a full range of experiences and to develop their full potential in a supportive, caring atmosphere, in which they can feel confident and comfortable. We aim to provide a broad, balanced and a curriculum based on sparking curiosity that will cater for the needs of the individual in a happy stimulating environment.
Achieving Goals
We want to inspire and give confidence that anyone can achieve goals no matter what barriers they may face along the way. It is our responsibility to ensure that everyone at Blackwell believes they have the ability to learn and the self-assurance to solve problems and overcome difficulties. Learning must be relevant so that all see a reason for new skills and knowledge. We celebrate the feeling of achievement gained from the new doors that can be opened and be proud of a job well done!
